Common use of Services and Payment Clause in Contracts

Services and Payment. 1.1. The Company engages the Consultant as an independent contractor to provide services described in Schedule ‘A’ attached hereto (the “Services”) from November 1, 2007 (the “Services Start Date”) through January 31, 2008 (the “Services Completion Date”), and the Consultant agrees to perform such Services.
