Burxxxxxxx, Xxx., xxxxx services shall only relate to advice to or for the benefit of Jenson Servicex xx xroviding the services covered hereby, and the preparation and filing of the S-8 Registration Statement refered to in Section 3 hereof.

SERVICES AND COSTS. Upon signing of this LOI, and to facilitate delivery of Peltarion’s platform license and associated services, Peltarion will perform certain activities and services relating to the potential delivery to FIRST. If the Parties have not reached a final agreement by 31 December 2021 (or a later date as agreed between the Parties upon a prolongation of the negotiations), Peltarion is not entitled to any compensation from FIRST for the performed activities and services. If the Parties enter into a final agreement, Xxxxxxxxx’s work under this LOI will be managed under the final agreement and FIRST will not pay compensation to Xxxxxxxxx under this LOI.
