Services and Activities. Contractor shall provide services in the manner and at the levels set forth in the attached Exhibit A-1. If requested by the Department, Contractor shall submit to the Department, within thirty (30) days of completion of all services under this Agreement, a final report summarizing the services performed under this Agreement, including cumulative quantitative and qualitative data relative to the objectives and general operations of Contractor paid for through this Agreement.
