Common use of Services Agreement Clause in Contracts

Services Agreement. The Manager will maintain that certain services agreement, dated August 17, 2007, by and between the Manager and Xxxxxxxxx (the “Services Agreement”) pursuant to which Xxxxxxxxx and its Affiliates will continue to provide the Manager the personnel, services and resources as needed by the Manager to enable the Manager to carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement, including due diligence, asset management and credit risk management. The Company will continue to be a named third party beneficiary of the Services Agreement.
