Common use of Servicer Expenses Clause in Contracts

Servicer Expenses. The Servicer shall pay all expenses (other than expenses described in the definition of Liquidation Proceeds) incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder, including fees, expenses, indemnities and disbursements of the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Issuer Delaware Trustee (as more fully described in Sections 8.1 and 8.2 of the Trust Agreement), independent accountants, taxes imposed on the Servicer and expenses incurred in connection with distributions and reports to the Noteholders and the Certificateholder.

Servicer Expenses. The Servicer shall pay all expenses (other than expenses described in the definition of Liquidation Proceeds) incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder, including fees, expenses, indemnities and disbursements of the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Issuer Delaware Trustee (as more fully described in Sections 8.1 and 8.2 of the Trust Agreement), independent accountants, taxes imposed on the Servicer and expenses incurred in connection with distributions and reports to the Noteholders and the Certificateholder.
