Common use of Servicer Expenses Clause in Contracts

Servicer Expenses. The Servicer will be required to pay all expenses (other than Liquidation Expenses) incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder, including fees and disbursements of independent accountants, taxes imposed on the Servicer and expenses incurred in connection with distributions and reports to the Noteholders and the Certificateholders. The Servicer will be entitled to retain an amount equal to the amount of Liquidation Expenses incurred during a Collection Period from Liquidation Proceeds received during such Collection Period.
