Common use of Servicer Advances Clause in Contracts

Servicer Advances. For each Collection Period, if the Servicer determines that any Scheduled Payment (or portion thereof) that was due and payable pursuant to a Loan in the Loan Pool during such Collection Period was not received prior to the end of such Collection Period, the Servicer has the right to elect, but is not obligated, to make a Servicer Advance in an amount up to the amount of such delinquent Scheduled Payment (or portion thereof) if the Servicer reasonably believes that the advance will be reimbursed by the related Obligor. The Servicer will deposit any Servicer Advances into the Collection Account on or prior to 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the related Transfer Date, in immediately available funds. The Servicer will be entitled to be reimbursed for Servicer Advances pursuant to subsections 7.05(a) and 7.05(b).
