Common use of Service with Company Clause in Contracts

Service with Company. During his Term of Employment, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties, consistent with the terms of this Agreement and the offices held by Executive as provided in section 1 above, as the Board of Directors of the Company shall assign to him from time to time. Such duties and employment responsibilities is set forth in Exhibit A and shall be performed in accordance with the Company’s rules, regulations and instructions now in force or which may be adopted by the Company in the future.

Service with Company. During his his/her Term of Employment, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties, consistent with the terms of this Agreement and the offices held by Executive as provided in section 1 aboveagreement, as the Board of Directors of the Company or CEO shall assign to him him/her from time to time.
