Common use of Service with Company Clause in Contracts

Service with Company. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties as the Company shall assign to Executive from time to time. In furtherance thereof, Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In addition, the Executive shall perform such other duties of a senior executive nature as the CEO and the Executive from time to time determine to be mutually acceptable. Executive accepts such employment on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Service with Company. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties as the Company shall assign to Executive from time to time. In addition, the Executive shall perform such other duties of a senior executive nature as the CEO Company’s Board of Directors and the Executive from time to time determine to be mutually acceptable. Executive accepts such employment on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

In furtherance thereof, Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In addition, the Executive shall perform such other duties of a senior executive nature as the CEO and the Executive from time to time determine to be mutually acceptable. In furtherance thereof, Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In addition, the Executive shall perform such other duties of a senior executive nature as the CEO and the Executive from time to time determine to be mutually acceptable. Executive accepts such employment on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Service with Company. During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties consistent with the role of Chief Financial Officer as the Company shall assign to Executive him/her from time to time. In furtherance thereof, Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In addition, the Executive shall perform such other duties of a senior executive nature as the CEO and the Executive from time to time determine to be mutually acceptable. Executive accepts such employment on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

During the term of this Agreement, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties as for the Company as shall assign arise in connection with his position as Chief Executive Officer, or as otherwise directed by the Board of Directors as set forth in the job description provided to Executive Executive, and attached to this Agreement, which may be modified from time to time. In furtherance thereof, Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In addition, the Executive shall perform such other duties of a senior executive nature as the CEO and the Executive from time to time determine to be mutually acceptable. Executive accepts such employment on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
