Common use of Service with Company Clause in Contracts

Service with Company. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties as the Chief Executive and/or the Board of Directors of the Company shall assign to him from time to time. Executive shall be an executive officer of the Company, Executive’s title shall be President, Animal Applications Group, and he shall assume and discharge the responsibilities of such offices as set forth in the Company’s Bylaws or as otherwise determined by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors.

Service with Company. Service with Company. During the term of the Executive’s employment with 's employment, the Company, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties as for the Company in an executive and managerial capacity commensurate with the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of the Company. As Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer, Executive shall have the authority and duty generally to supervise and direct the research and development activities of the Company, subject to the control and direction of the Chief Executive and/or Officer of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company shall assign to him from time to time. Executive shall be an executive officer (the "Board"), or any duly authorized Committee of the Company, Executive’s title shall be President, Animal Applications Group, and he shall assume and discharge the responsibilities of such offices as set forth in the Company’s Bylaws or as otherwise determined by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors.Board

During the term of Executive’s employment with the CompanyCompany pursuant to this Agreement, Executive agrees to perform such reasonable employment duties as the Chief Executive and/or the Board of Directors of the Company shall assign to him from time to time. Executive also agrees to serve in such office as the Chief Executive and/or the Board of Directors of the Company shall assign to him may hereinafter from time to time. As Chief Scientific Officer, Executive shall have the authority and duty generally to supervise and direct the research and development activities of the Company, subject to the control and direction of the Chief Executive and/or Officer of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company shall assign to him from time to time. Executive shall be an executive officer (the "Board"), or any duly authorized Committee of the Company, Executive’s title shall be President, Animal Applications Group, and he shall assume and discharge the responsibilities of such offices as set forth in the Company’s Bylaws or as otherwise determined by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of DirectorsBoard.

Executive shall be an executive officer (the "Board"), or any duly authorized Committee of the Company, Executive’s title shall be President, Animal Applications Group, and he shall assume and discharge the responsibilities of such offices as set forth in the Company’s Bylaws or as otherwise determined by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors.Board
