Service to the Public. The City, the Labor Council and each member of the bargaining unit agree to use their best efforts to serve the citizens of the City and the public in general, to see that the public is served efficiently and with dedication to its interests, to assure that the services of the City are provided without interruption and with the highest standards of proper public performance.
Service to the Public. The Imperial Beach Firefighters’ Association will actively assist in and encourage improved service to the citizens of Imperial Beach and the ASSOCIATION members will at all times provide helpful and courteous service to the citizens of Imperial Beach.

  • RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired. Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that a copy of this Agreement will be disclosed, without redactions, in accordance with the NTAA.

  • Relationship to the Plan This grant of Performance Units is subject to all of the terms, conditions and provisions of the Plan and administrative interpretations thereunder, if any, that have been adopted by the Board. Except as otherwise defined in this Award Agreement, capitalized terms shall have the same meanings given to them under the Plan. To the extent that any provision of this Award Agreement conflicts with the express terms of the Plan, the terms of the Plan shall control and, if necessary, the applicable provisions of this Award Agreement shall be hereby deemed amended so as to carry out the purpose and intent of the Plan. References to the Participant also include the heirs or other legal representatives of the Participant.

  • ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS 2.1 BellSouth shall provide Cellutell Communications, Inc. access to operations support systems (“OSS”) functions for pre-ordering, ordering and provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. BellSouth shall provide access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of Cellutell Communications, Inc. to obtain the technical Version R4Q01: 12/01/01 capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Cellutell Communications, Inc.’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.

  • Notices to the Parties Unless otherwise indicated in this Agreement, all written communications sent by the Parties may be by U.S. mail or e-mail, and shall be addressed as follows: To City: [insert name or title of department contact person, name of department, mailing address, and e-mail address] To Contractor: [insert name of contractor, mailing address, and e-mail address] Any notice of default must be sent by registered mail.   • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Commercial Operation On or before December 31, 2023, Interconnection Customer must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units. Demonstrating commercial operation includes achieving Initial Operation in accordance with Section 1.4 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and making commercial sales or use of energy, as well as, if applicable, obtaining capacity qualification in accordance with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.
