Service to Other Companies or Accounts. Each Fund understands that the Administrator now acts, will continue to act and may act in the future as administrator, co-administrator or administrative services agent to one or more other investment companies, and the Fund has no objection to the Administrator's so acting. Each Fund understands that the persons employed by the Administrator to assist in the performance of the Administrator's duties hereunder will not devote their full time to such service and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to limit or restrict the right of the Administrator or any affiliate of the Administrator to engage in and devote time and attention to other businesses or to render services of whatever kind or nature.
Service to Other Companies or Accounts. The administrative services of the Administrator to the Funds under this Agreement are not to be deemed exclusive, and the Administrator, or any affiliate thereof, shall be free to render similar services to other investment companies and other clients (whether or not their investment objective and policies are similar to those of the Funds) and to engage in other activities, so long as its services hereunder are not impaired thereby.

The Trust acknowledges that CMA now acts, will continue to act and may act in the future as investment adviser to fiduciary and other managed accounts, and as distributor, investment adviser, investment sub-adviser and/or administrator to other investment companies or series of investment companies, and the Trust has no objection to CMA so acting. The Trust further acknowledges that the persons employed by CMA to assist in the performance of their duties under this Agreement may not devote their full time to such service and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to limit or restrict the right of CMA or any affiliate of CMA to engage in and devote time and attention to other businesses or to render services of whatever kind or nature.

The Trust acknowledges that BACAP Distributors now acts, will continue to act and may act in the future as investment adviser to fiduciary and other managed accounts, and as distributor, investment adviser, investment sub-adviser and/or administrator to other investment companies or series of investment companies, and the Trust has no objection to BACAP Distributors so acting. The Trust further acknowledges that the persons employed by BACAP Distributors to assist in the performance of their duties under this Agreement may not devote their full time to such service and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to limit or restrict the right of BACAP Distributors or any affiliate of BACAP Distributors to engage in and devote time and attention to other businesses or to render services of whatever kind or nature.

The Fund understands that SBFM now acts, will continue to act and may act in the future as administrator to one or more other investment companies, and the Fund has no objection to SBFM so acting. In addition, the Fund understands that the persons employed by SBFM or its affiliates to assist in the performance of its duties hereunder will not devote their full time to such service and nothing contained herein shall be deemed to limit or restrict the right of SBFM or its affiliates to engage in and devote time and attention to other businesses or to render services of whatever kind or nature.

The Trust acknowledges that both Xxxxxxxx and BAAI now act, will continue to act and may act in the future as investment adviser to fiduciary and other managed accounts, and as investment adviser, investment sub-adviser and/or administrator to other investment companies or series of investment companies, and the Trust has no objection to either Xxxxxxxx or BAAI so acting. The Trust further acknowledges that the persons employed by both Xxxxxxxx and BAAI to assist in the performance of their duties under this Agreement may not devote their full time to such service and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to limit or restrict the right of Xxxxxxxx or BAAI or any affiliate of either to engage in and devote time and attention to other businesses or to render services of whatever kind or nature.
Service to Other Companies or Accounts. The Trust understands that Sierra Administration may act in the future as administrator to other investment companies or series of investment companies, and the Trust has no objection to Sierra Administration's so acting. The Trust understands that the persons employed by Sierra Administration to assist in the performance of Sierra Administration's duties under this Agreement will not devote their full time to such services and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to limit or restrict the right of Sierra Administration or any affiliate of Sierra Administration to engage in and devote time and attention to other businesses or to render services of whatever kind or nature.
Service to Other Companies or Accounts. The Trust understands that the Manager and its affiliates may act as investment manager to fiduciary and other managed accounts and to one or more other investment companies, and the Trust has no objection to their so acting, provided that whenever the Trust and one or more other clients advised by the Manager and its affiliates have available funds for investment, investments suitable and appropriate for each will be allocated in a manner believed by the Manager to be equitable to each client. The Trust recognizes that in some cases this procedure may adversely affect whether a particular security is available to the Trust, the size of the position obtainable for the Trust or the price at which that position may be obtained or disposed. In addition, the Trust understands that the persons employed by the Manager to assist in the performance of the Manager's duties under this Agreement will not devote their full time to such service and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to limit or restrict the right of the Manager or any affiliate of the Manager to engage in and devote time and attention to other businesses or to render services of any kind or nature.

The Adviser understands that TSSG now acts, will continue to act and may act in the future as administrator, sub-administrator or transfer agent to one or more other investment companies, and the Adviser has no objection to TSSG's so acting. In addition, the Adviser understands that the persons employed by TSSG to assist in the performance of TSSG's duties under this Agreement will not devote their full time to such service and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to limit or restrict the right of TSSG or any affiliate of TSSG to engage in and devote time and attention to other businesses or to render services of any kind or nature.

The Company understands that the persons employed by BEA to assist in the performance of BEA's duties hereunder will not devote their full time to such service and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to limit or restrict the right of BEA or any affiliate of BEA to engage in and devote time and attention to other businesses or to render services of whatever kind or nature.
