Service stations. The Concessionaire will ensure that fuel dispensers and other pieces of equipment are maintained by a qualified professional. The Concessionaire will calibrate weights and measures annually or more frequently in accordance with applicable laws. The calibration will be conducted by a state or local sealer. Each pump will have a current seal indicating it is within the prescribed tolerance. All dispensing systems, including nozzles and hoses, will be inspected each week to ensure they are in proper working order as to minimize gasoline vapor losses.

Service stations. The retail gasoline service stations and other retail outlets identified on Schedule 2.1(d) to the Marathon Asset Transfer and Contribution Agreement Disclosure Letter (the “Marathon Service Stations”), including all Marathon Real Property Owned, Marathon Real Property Leased, Marathon Personal Property Owned and Marathon Personal Property Leased which constitutes, or is used or held for use primarily in or related primarily to the operation or conduct of the foregoing, and any additions, improvements, replacements and alterations thereto made as permitted by the terms of this Agreement and the Master Formation Agreement between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Service Scope Business Services apply to a single corresponding registered Covered Product. Purchasers of Business Services receive a 2 year limited business warranty (see VIVE Enterprise Business Limited Warranty here for details), starting from the original purchase date of your Covered Product. Business Services include expedited usage technical support, expedited customer care services and VIVE online resources as set forth in these Terms and Conditions and (xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx).

  • Customer Service Standards The Franchising Authority hereby adopts the customer service standards set forth in Part 76, §76.309 of the FCC’s rules and regulations, as amended. The Grantee shall comply in all respects with the customer service requirements established by the FCC.
