Common use of Service Standards Clause in Contracts

Service Standards. The Supplier shall provide the Services, or procure that they are provided: (a) with reasonable skill and care; (b) in all respects in accordance with the Authority's policies set out in Schedule 1; and (c) in accordance with all Applicable Laws.

Service Standards. Service Standards. 6.1 The Supplier shall provide the Services, Services or procure that they are provided: (a) provided with reasonable skill and care;, in accordance with Good Industry Practice prevailing from time to time and with Staff who are appropriately trained and qualified. (b) in all respects 6.2 If the Services do not meet the Specification, the Supplier shall at its own expense re- schedule and carry out the Services in accordance with the Specification within such reasonable time as may be specified by the Authority's policies set out in Schedule 1; and (c) in accordance with all Applicable Laws.
