Service Routes. Contractor must provide City with maps precisely defining Collection routes, together with the days and the times at which Collection will regularly commence.

Contractor must cooperate with City in connection therewith, including permitting City employees or 2096 agents, designated by the Agreement Administrator, to ride in the Collection Vehicles to conduct the audits. 2097 Contractor has no responsibility or liability for the salary, wages, benefits or worker compensation claims of 2098 any person designated by the Agreement Administrator to conduct such audits. 2099 Article 17. Service Routes. Company has furnished to County all collection route information required under Section 4.4.4(a) below.
Service Routes. The Company has provided the County with maps precisely defining collection routes, together with the days and the times at which collection shall regularly commence. Where a route includes Multiple Jurisdiction Routes, Company has calculated the number, volume and types of service provided to each city or County account, and used that to calculate a percentage (%) split for allocation of the waste between the two jurisdictions. This method (or any other reasonable method approved by the County Manager) shall be used to allocate tonnages between jurisdictions. Company shall provide County with annual updates on February 1st of each year of all service route information.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing iNetworks traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandems and Verizon End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to iNetworks, the subtending arrangements between iNetworks Tandems and iNetworks End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that iNetworks maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive.

  • MAINTENANCE SERVICE 1. Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.
