Service Response Time Guarantee. At a minimum, Seller shall guarantee an average service response time of four eight (48) hours or less on-site within metropolitan areas for warranty, contract, or time and materials service calls. Outside of metropolitan areas, Committed Greenhealth Exchange Participant and Seller will mutually agree on a response time. All warranty repairs will have twenty-four (24) hour coverage at no additional charge. At the discretion of the Committed Greenhealth Exchange Participant, the service response may be postponed to the following working day. Failure to meet these response times three (3) or more times during the warranty/service contract period shall result in a two (2) week extension of the warranty/service contract as measured on an annual basis. NOTE – these services are provided by our global network of highly qualified and certified dealers and should be separately negotiated
