Service Request Process. 5. Proses Permintaan Layanan 5.1 Service request must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date when the Accidental Damage or Liquid Damage occurred. Otherwise, Samsung reserves the right to deny the Service request. 5.1 Permintaan Layanan harus diajukan dalam empat belas (14) hari kalender sejak tanggal Kerusakan yang Tidak Disengaja atau Kerusakan akibat Cairan terjadi. Jika tidak, Samsung berhak menolak permintaan Layanan.
