The Service Representative clause designates a specific individual or entity responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of services under the agreement. 6.4.2 Licensee shall promptly notify the City in the event that the information required to be provided under the last two sentences of Paragraph 6.3.3 or the last sentence of Paragraph 6.4.1 is changed.
