Service Referrals. CBT shall refer all questions from any CLEC resale Customer regarding any CLEC service or product directly to CLEC in accordance with the procedures set forth by the Implementation Team. CBT shall use its best efforts so that all CBT representatives who receive such inquiries regarding CLEC services do not in any way disparage or discriminate against CLEC or its products or services and do not provide information about CBT products or services during such Customer contact except as described in Section 10.10.7.

Service Referrals. SBC-AMERITECH shall ensure that SBC- AMERITECH repair representatives who receive repair inquiries from CLEC users regarding CLEC services refer such inquiries to CLEC at a telephone number provided by CLEC. For all other inquiries regarding services identified as being provided by CLEC, SBC-AMERITECH shall use its best efforts to ensure that SBC- AMERITECH representatives advise the inquiring party to contact CLEC. Further, SBC-AMERITECH shall use its best efforts to ensure that SBC-AMERITECH representatives who receive repair calls or inquiries regarding CLEC services do not in any way disparage or discriminate against CLEC, its products or services and do not provide information about SBC-AMERITECH products or services.
