Service Records. The Dealer shall deliver to the Company or its nominee all of the Dealer's records with respect to predelivery, warranty, policy, campaign and other service work of the Dealer.
Service Records. Consultant shall keep, and require sub-contractors to keep, such ledgers, books of accounts, invoices, vouchers, canceled checks, reports, studies or other documents relating to the disbursements charged to City and Services performed hereunder (the “Service Records”), as shall be necessary to perform the Services required by this Agreement and enable the Contract Officer to evaluate the performance of such Services. Any and all such Service Records shall be maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and shall be complete and detailed. The Contract Officer shall have full and free access to such Service Records at all times during normal business hours of City, including the right to inspect, copy, audit and make copies and transcripts from such Service Records. Such Service Records shall be maintained for a period of three (3) years following completion of the Services hereunder, and City shall have access to such Service Records in the event any audit is required. In the event of dissolution of Consultant’s business, custody of the Service Records may be given to City, and access shall be provided by Consultant’s successor in interest (“Consultant’s Successor”). If custody of the Service Records is given to Consultant’s Successor, Consultant shall give written notice to City of the transfer of the Service Records to Consultant’s Successor. The notice shall include contact information (address and telephone number) for Consultant’s Successor, and access shall be provided to City by Consultant’s Successor.
Service Records. Dealer shall prepare and retain for a minimum of two (2) years, in accordance with the procedures specified in the Warranty Manual: records in support of applications for payment for pre-delivery inspection and service, warranty repairs and goodwill adjustments, and campaign inspections and corrections performed by Dealer; claims for parts compensation; and applications for discounts, allowances, refunds or credits.
Service Records. A. A personnel file shall be established and maintained for each employee covered by this Agreement. Such files are confidential records and shall be maintained by the Board, or their designee.
Service Records. Contractor shall maintain, and provide upon request by County, accurate and complete records of its activities and operations as they relate to the provision of services, hereunder.
Service Records. In the event the Operator ceases operation, it is agreed that the Operator will not dispose of any records related to the services provided for under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the County.
Service Records. 1. The Service Record maintained at the University Police Department shall be the official record and shall include the official disciplinary record. Each officer who wished to inspect his/her record may do so on his/her own time during normal office hours by prearrangement.
Service Records. Sub-recipient recognizes that CCFN (Xxxxxxx County’s LMB), as an agent of the State, maintains ownership of all files developed as a result of grant funding. Service records in any form generated or arising from the use of State funds provided under a contract of Community Partnership Agreement covered by the most recent LMB Policy and Procedures Manual are the sole and exclusive property of the State. The Sub-recipient will allow/provide access to all data produced as a result of the contract with CCFN. All records will be available for inspection at any time. Upon completion of services, service records must be maintained for five years by the Sub-recipient vendor.
