SERVICE RATES & CHARGES. The Customer agrees not to use the Service in a manner prohibited by federal or state law or the Acceptable Use Policy. The Customer is deemed to accept the Service upon receipt of the CPE (as defined herein) or first connection to Services, whichever comes first.
