SERVICE PLAN GENERALLY. 1) This service plan has been prepared in accordance with Chapter 43 of the Texas Local Government Code. Municipal facilities and services to the annexed area will be provided or made available on behalf of the City of Celina in accordance with the following plan. The City of Celina shall provide the annexed tract the levels of service, infrastructure, and infrastructure maintenance that are comparable to the levels of service, infrastructure, and infrastructure maintenance available in other parts of the City of Celina with similar topography, land use, and population density.

  • Vesting Generally LTIP Units may, in the sole discretion of the General Partner, be issued subject to vesting, forfeiture and additional restrictions on Transfer pursuant to the terms of an award, vesting or other similar agreement (a “Vesting Agreement”).   • Plan Termination Generally This Agreement may be terminated only by a written agreement signed by the Bank and the Executive.   • Management Generally (a) The management and control of the Partnership shall be vested in the General Partner; however, the Limited Partners shall have certain rights with respect to certain matters of the Partnership as described in this Agreement. The Limited Partners shall have no authority or right to act on behalf of the Partnership in connection with any matter and shall not engage in any way in the day-to-day business of the Partnership.
