Service Provider The Service Provider also represents at the date this Agreement is entered into and any Service is used or provided:
Service Plan 2.1 The Customer shall use the following applicable Service Plan and services during the Term:
Service Pay All regular employees who have completed five (5) years continuous service with the District shall receive service pay at the rate of ten cents (10c/ ) per calendar-day; and an additional ten cents (10c/ ) per calendar-day on completion of each additional five (5) years of service.

Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.
The Service Provider upon receipt of a notice contemplated under clause 19.1 shall discontinue the supply of all services or goods under this Agreement, to the extent specified, and on the date specified in the notice.
CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.
Stock Plan Administration Service Providers The Company transfers Data to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx LLC, an independent service provider, which is assisting the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. In the future, the Company may select a different service provider and share Data with such other provider serving in a similar manner. The Participant may be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, with such agreement being a condition to the ability to participate in the Plan.
In-Service Programs The parties to this collective agreement recognize the value of in-service education both to the employee and the Employer.
Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Participant's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Participant's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.
