Common use of Service Outside Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Service Outside Bargaining Unit. A bargaining unit nurse who has 31 accepted a position outside the scope of the bargaining unit, without a break 32 in Employer service, and who later accepts a bargaining unit position will be 33 credited with his or her previously accrued seniority as a nurse in the 34 bargaining unit.

Service Outside Bargaining Unit. A bargaining unit nurse who has 31 accepted a 27 position outside the scope of the bargaining unit, without a break 32 in Employer 28 service, and who later accepts a bargaining unit position will be 33 credited with his 29 or her previously accrued seniority as a nurse in the 34 bargaining unit.

Service Outside Bargaining Unit. A bargaining unit nurse who has 31 accepted a 15 position outside the scope of the bargaining unit, without a break 32 in Employer 16 service, and who later accepts a bargaining unit position will be 33 credited with his 17 or her previously accrued seniority as a nurse in the 34 bargaining unit.

Service Outside Bargaining Unit. A bargaining unit nurse who has 31 accepted a position outside the 14 scope of the bargaining unit, without a break 32 in Employer hospital service, and who later accepts a bargaining 15 unit position will be 33 credited with his or her previously accrued seniority as a nurse in the 34 bargaining 16 unit.
