Common use of Service Orders Clause in Contracts

Service Orders. Customer may request Pilot to provide a Service by submitting a service order in a form provided by Pilot from time to time ("Service Order") in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Agreement. The type and scope of the Services to be provided to Customer under the terms of this Agreement, including any of the Services described in the applicable Service Addendum(s), shall be specified in an applicable Service Order. The fees for the Services will be set forth in the Service Order. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, neither party has any obligation to execute any Service Order.
