Service Limitation. We are not responsible for and will not pay or otherwise reimburse you for special, secondary, incidental, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or other related damages resulting from any delay or neglect, whether due to our or the Service Contractor’s delay or neglect in providing, or failing to provide, repair or replacement of such Covered Item, including, but not limited to, food spoilage, loss of income, utility bills, additional living expenses, or personal and/or real property damage.
Service Limitation. We are not responsible for and will not pay or otherwise reimburse you for special, secondary, incidental, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or other related damages resulting from a Service Contractor’s delay of less than 30 days in providing, or failing to provide, repair of such Covered Item, including, but not limited to, food spoilage, loss of income, utility bills, additional living expenses, or personal and/or real property damage.
Service Limitation. The Services may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. While We designed the Platform and the Service to provide a secure system, no security systems are fail-safe or immune from unauthorized intrusion; thus, You acknowledge and represent that such contingencies may occur, that You have evaluated this and accept such limitations. As a consequence, We shall not be responsible for any delays, failures, or other damage resulting from such problems and the Limited Warranty does not apply to the foregoing.
Service Limitation. Provided that CPL continues to provide the scope and quality of Services in the manner as set forth in this Agreement, CPL shall not be obligated to hire any additional employees or retain or acquire any outside or additional assistance, equipment, computer programs or data to enable CPL to provide the Services. In the event CPL retains or obtains additional outside personnel or equipment in order to continue providing the Services previously provided by CPL employee (e.g., in the event CPL replaces an employee with a contractor), Allied shall not be required to reimburse CPL for any corresponding additional expenses incurred by CPL with respect thereto until such time as the Parties may adjust the Fee (as defined below) payable in their next quarterly review.
Service Limitation. (a) Except as specifically provided herein, Xxxxxxxx shall not be obligated to hire any additional employees or retain or acquire any outside or additional assistance, equipment, computer programs or data to enable Xxxxxxxx to provide the Services. For the purpose of this Section 2.4, "additional" employees does not include replacements for those Employees who may leave during the transition period.
Service Limitation. IN CONSIDERATION FOR THE PROVISION OF THE SYSTEM AND SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SYSTEM OR SERVICE WILL PREVENT DEATH, BODILY, OR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY OTHER INJURY OR DAMAGE TO YOU OR OTHERS WHO USE THE SYSTEM. THE SYSTEM AND SERVICES DO NOT PROVIDE PROPERTY PROTECTION, AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE POLICE RESPONSE FOR BURGLARY, INTRUSION, OR SIMILAR EVENTS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY AS TO THE PROMPTNESS OF THE MONITORING CENTER’S RESPONSE, AND WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE RESPONSE TIME OR CAPABILITY OF ANY AGENCY IN PROVIDING THE SERVICE, AND WHICH MAY FAIL TO PROPERLY RESPOND TO THE RECEIPT OF AN ALARM SIGNAL FROM THE SYSTEM, OR THAT THE SYSTEM MAY FAIL TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT A PORTION OF THE SYSTEM RELIES UPON THE AVAILABILITY OF CELLULAR NETWORK COVERAGE TO OPERATE PROPERLY AS WELL AS THE AVAILABILITY OF SATELLITE GPS DATA, BOTH OF WHICH ARE PROVIDED BY A THIRD PARTY THAT IS NOT CONTROLLED BY THE COMPANY. YOU AGREE THAT IF WE WERE TO HAVE ANY LIABILITY GREATER THAN THAT AGREED TO BY YOU PURSUANT TO SECTION 13 OF THIS AGREEMENT, WE COULD NOT AND WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU SHOULD OBTAIN ANY LIFE, MEDICAL, OR DISABILITY INSURANCE FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOURSELF AND OTHERS WHO MAY USE THE SYSTEM. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE ALTERNATIVES AVAILABLE TO YOU SUCH AS 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE AND YOU HAVE SELECTED THIS SERVICE WITH A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF ITS LIMITATIONS AND THE LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY.
Service Limitation. In the event that there is no Internet connection established between a Customer’s Device(s) at a Site and the 75F network through which Facilisight is offered, or such connection becomes inoperable during the term of service, 75F will not have access to Site data and Facilisight will be significantly limited.
Service Limitation. AJM clarifies that it only serves as a service provider for the Client, sending money to the Recipient based on the Client's Payment order. Services to the Recipient only commence upon them becoming an AJM Client.

These limitations include restrictions such as check cashing, cashier's check purchases, etc. and other limitations the Credit Union may establish. Suspension of electronic services and access to share or deposit accounts Subject to applicable law, if you are in breach of this Agreement or any other loan or service agreement with the Credit Union or we suspect fraudulent activity on your account, the Credit Union may without prior notice restrict access to your accounts or suspend your electronic services or access devices, including ATM or debit cards and online or mobile banking services. Such restrictions may continue until you cure any breach condition or any fraud condition is resolved.
