Service Level Agreements and Other Agreements. The parties shall use reasonable endeavours to negotiate in good faith and enter into the following agreements at Completion namely: 2.11.1 Service Level Agreements similar to those service level agreements currently existing (unless the same are to be continued after Completion by agreement between the parties) or such further agreements as may be required between any member of the Winterthur Group and any of the Operations after Completion in relation to those inter-dependencies which are referred to in the Disclosure Letter and in accordance with the principles set out in paragraph 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 and any additional Service Level Agreements which may be required pursuant to the provisions of Clauses 2.1.5 and 2.1.6; 2.11.2 the Life and Pensions Distribution Agreement in accordance with the principles set out in paragraph 4.2 of Part 1 of Schedule 2;
