Common use of Service Information Pages Clause in Contracts

Service Information Pages. Verizon shall include all BTLLC NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. BTLLC’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when BTLLC is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at BTLLC’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, BTLLC’s critical contact information for BTLLC’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by BTLLC, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. BTLLC shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

BTLLCD&E’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when BTLLC D&E is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at BTLLCD&E’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, BTLLCD&E’s critical contact information for BTLLCD&E’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by BTLLCD&E, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. BTLLC D&E shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

BTLLCAWS’s NXX codes Codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when BTLLC where AWS is authorized toto provide CMRS service, and is offering, local service Fixed Wireless Service to Customers located within the geographic area region covered by a specific directory, at BTLLCAWS’s written request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, BTLLCAWS’s critical contact information for BTLLCAWS’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by BTLLCAWS, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. In addition, when BTLLC BitWise is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at BTLLCBitWise’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, BTLLCBitWise’s critical contact information for BTLLCBitWise’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by BTLLCBitWise, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. In addition, when BTLLC Synopsis is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at BTLLCSynopsis’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, BTLLCSynopsis’s critical contact information for BTLLCSynopsis’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by BTLLCSynopsis, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. In addition, when BTLLC Teleconex is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at BTLLCTeleconex’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, BTLLCTeleconex’s critical contact information for BTLLCTeleconex’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by BTLLCTeleconex, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. In addition, when BTLLC Direct2Internet is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at BTLLCDirect2Internet’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, BTLLCDirect2Internet’s critical contact information for BTLLCDirect2Internet’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by BTLLCDirect2Internet, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. BTLLCPhone-Link’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when BTLLC Phone-Link is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at BTLLCPhone-Link’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, BTLLCPhone-Link’s critical contact information for BTLLCPhone-Link’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by BTLLCPhone- Link, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties.
