Common use of Service Information Pages Clause in Contracts

Service Information Pages. Verizon shall include all Reconex NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. Reconex’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when Reconex is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at Reconex’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, Reconex’s critical contact information for Reconex’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by Reconex, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. Reconex shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

Verizon VERIZON shall include all Reconex SPRINT NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for VerizonVERIZON’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. ReconexSPRINT’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as VerizonVERIZON’s NXX information. In addition, when Reconex SPRINT is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers end users located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at ReconexSPRINT’s request, Verizon VERIZON shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, ReconexSPRINT’s critical contact information for ReconexSPRINT’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by ReconexSPRINT, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with VerizonVERIZON’s generally applicable policies. Reconex SPRINT shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon VERIZON by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when Reconex Intrado is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at ReconexIntrado’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, Reconex**CLEC’s critical contact information for ReconexIntrado’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by ReconexIntrado, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. Reconex Intrado shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when Reconex Tech Com is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at ReconexTech Com’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, ReconexTech Com’s critical contact information for ReconexTech Com’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by ReconexTech Com, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. Reconex Tech Com shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when Reconex Norcom is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at ReconexNorcom’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, ReconexNorcom’s critical contact information for ReconexNorcom’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by ReconexNorcom, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. In addition, when Reconex SBCT is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at ReconexSBCT’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, ReconexSBCT’s critical contact information for ReconexSBCT’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by ReconexSBCT, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. In addition, when Reconex Budget Phone is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at ReconexBudget Phone’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, ReconexBudget Phone’s critical contact information for ReconexBudget Phone’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by ReconexBudget Phone, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. In addition, when Reconex Velocity is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at ReconexVelocity’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, ReconexVelocity’s critical contact information for ReconexVelocity’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by ReconexVelocity, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. In addition, when Reconex BTI is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at ReconexBTI’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, ReconexBTI’s critical contact information for ReconexBTI’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by ReconexBTI, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policiespolicies applied in a nondiscriminatory manner. Reconex BTI shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory. Upon BTI's request, Verizon will provide to BTI the applicable close dates.

In addition, when Reconex Velocity is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at ReconexVelocity’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, ReconexVelocity’s critical contact information for ReconexVelocity’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by ReconexVelocity, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties.
