Common use of Service Information Pages Clause in Contracts

Service Information Pages. Verizon shall include all CBB NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. CBB’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when CBB is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBB’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBB’s critical contact information for CBB’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBB. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when CBB CSTC is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBBCSTC’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBBCSTC’s critical contact information for CBBCSTC’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBBCSTC. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB CSTC shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB CCA shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when CBB KDL is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBBKDL’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBBKDL’s critical contact information for CBBKDL’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBBKDL. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB KDL shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB ENT shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when CBB BUL is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBB’s BUL's request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “"Customer Guide” " or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBB’s BUL's critical contact information for CBB’s BUL's installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBBBUL. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s 's generally applicable policies. CBB BUL shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when CBB RVP is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBBRVP’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBBRVP’s critical contact information for CBBRVP’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBBRVP. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB RVP shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when CBB DSCI is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBBDSCI’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBBDSCI’s critical contact information for CBBDSCI’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBBDSCI. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB DSCI shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

CBB BCN shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when CBB CBAD is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBBCBAD’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBBCBAD’s critical contact information for CBBCBAD’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBBCBAD. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB CBAD shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when CBB TNCI is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBBTNCI’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBBTNCI’s critical contact information for CBBTNCI’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBBTNCI. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB TNCI shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when CBB Intrado is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBBIntrado’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBBIntrado’s critical contact information for CBBIntrado’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBBIntrado. In addition, when CBB NLG is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBBNLG’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBBNLG’s critical contact information for CBBNLG’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBBNLG. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB NLG shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when CBB RACC is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBBRACC’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBBRACC’s critical contact information for CBBRACC’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBBRACC. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB RACC shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when CBB PEG is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at CBBPEG’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, CBBPEG’s critical contact information for CBBPEG’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by CBBPEG. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies.
