Service Extension Request Clause Samples
A Service Extension Request clause allows a party to formally request additional time or resources to complete the agreed-upon services beyond the original contract period. Typically, this clause outlines the process for submitting a request, such as providing written notice and justification for the extension, and may specify any conditions or limitations on granting the extension. Its core practical function is to provide a structured mechanism for adjusting timelines when unforeseen circumstances arise, thereby ensuring flexibility and minimizing disputes over project delays.
