Service Establishments Sample Clauses
The 'Service Establishments' clause defines the types of locations or facilities where services under the agreement may be provided or performed. It typically outlines whether services can be delivered at the client's premises, the service provider's location, or at third-party sites, and may specify any requirements or limitations for these venues. By clearly identifying acceptable service locations, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about where contractual obligations are to be fulfilled and ensures both parties are aligned on logistical expectations.
Service Establishments. If you own or are employed by a service-related establishment you may provide the Company’s Products to customers through this establishment as long as you are providing proper prescreening and ongoing support to your customers as called for by the Contract. In any event, no Product banners, or other Advertising Material may be displayed visibly to the general public in a manner as to attract the general public into the establishment to purchase Products.
(a) A service-related establishment is one whose revenue is earned primarily by providing personal service rather than by selling products and whose use by customers is controlled by membership or appointment.
(b) Brand Affiliates may only sell Products through service-related establishment that provide services related to the Products. For example, Pharmanex Products may be sold through the offices of doctors and other healthcare professionals, health clubs, or gymnasiums. Nu Skin Products may be sold through ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shops, beauty salons, nail boutiques, or tanning centers.
Service Establishments. An Ambassador may conduct Ambassador Business through Service-related Establishments, except that no Product banners or other Sales Tools may be displayed to the general public
