Service Eligibility. At all times during the term of this Interconnection Agreement, Customer shall qualify as an “eligible customer-generator”, as such term is defined in Section 2827(b)(4) of the California Public Utilities Code. Customer also shall comply with the District’s Rate Schedules, as applicable, and all other applicable Codes and Ordinances of the District, now or hereafter in effect.
