Service Distinction. Important distinctions exist between a telecommunications service and our Equipment and Services, and our Equipment and Services, and our Equipment and Services are subject to different regulatory treatment than a telecommunications service. This treatment may limit or otherwise affect your rights or redress before regulatory agencies.

Service Distinction. You acknowledge and understand that the Service is not a PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network), which refers a telephone system based on copper wires carrying analogue voice data. There are important distinctions exist between a PSTN service and the Voice Over Internet Protocol Service offering provided by engin – namely that the Service offered by engin transfers packets of data over your Internet connection.
Service Distinction. Customer acknowledges and understands that the Service is not a telephone service. Important distinctions (some, but not necessarily all, of which are described in this Agreement) exist between telephone service and the enhanced Service offering provided by Gold Line. The Service is subject to different regulatory treatment than telephone service. Events beyond our control affect our service, such as power outages, fluctuations in the internet, your underlying ISP or broadband service, or maintenance.   • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. You must return all cards to the Credit Union. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make xxxx payment transfers has been revoked. We may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing.
