Service Definitions. Substance Use Assessment (SUA) SUA includes interviews, collateral contacts and report preparation to include a succinct and clear recommendation for level of care. These services will be provided by a qualified individual and in accordance with Minnesota Administrative Rule 9530.6615. SUA reports will be due to the Agency within 10 working days of the CUA interview.
