Service Definition. HNS shall provide authorization for Customer to operate on carriers as specified in Attachment III on the Transponder specified in said Attachment III, or as such Transponder Capacity may be changed in accordance with the terms herein provided. HNS shall provide in writing to Customer a Satellite Capacity Authorization document which will provide all technical elements of the carriers authorized for this capacity. Customer shall make best efforts to operate within the provided authorization.
