Common use of Service Credit Clause in Contracts

Service Credit. A service credit payment shall be paid during December of each year to full-time non- seasonal employees who are in paid status or authorized leave without pay as of November 30 of each calendar year in accordance with the schedules below. The computation shall be based on years of continuous service as set forth in the following schedule and shall be based upon paid status as a full-time employee as of November 30 of the appropriate calendar year.
