Common use of Service Charges Clause in Contracts

Service Charges. (i) The cost of services and utilities procured from outside sources other than services covered by paragraph 3.1(h). The cost of consultant services will not be charged to the Joint Account unless the retaining of the consultant is approved in advance by the Management Committee; and
