Service Centers. Distributor agrees to comply with the requirements for the establishment and maintenance of Service Centers, service standards and response time standards for each authorized Product as specified in the Product Reference Guide.
Service Centers. The Service shall be hosted through geographically distributed data centers operated by third parties located in the United States. All data centers shall be certified to AICPA SOC2 Type 2 or equivalent standards, and provide redundant power, cooling, and security systems. LogicMonitor shall review the controls of these facilities at least annually to confirm adequate measures are in place to protect the availability and confidentiality of the Service.
Service Centers. The Customer Services shall be provided from the service centers identified in Exhibit 4.3 between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Time for all non-variable Policy business, and between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Eastern Time for all variable Policy business, in each case on each Business Day. TPA may, at any time during the Initial Term, the Renewal Term, if any, and the Transfer Assistance Period, if any, provide the Customer Services from another location or locations selected by TPA (including, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law and after notifying the affected Customer, locations outside of the United States) that meet the Security Procedures of Section 4.4 and subject to a Business Resumption Plan that meets the standards set forth in Section 10.1, as long as TPA continues to perform Customer Services in accordance with the Service Performance Standards. TPA shall provide written notice to the Customers of its intention to provide the Customer Services from locations outside of the United States at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to doing so, it being acknowledged by the Customers that TPA and/or its Affiliates intend to operate service centers in India and North America as set forth in Exhibit 4.3 and that no such written notice shall be required to move Customer Services to or within, or provide such Customer Services from, such service centers set forth on Exhibit 4.3. Each Customer shall provide assistance to TPA as reasonably requested by TPA in connection with requests for any governmental approvals or consents in relation to any such move to locations outside the United States, provided that such assistance shall be at TPA's sole expense. Each service center identified in Exhibit 4.3 and such other location(s) described in this Section 4.3 shall be referred to as a "Service Center".
Service Centers. If Company appoints Dealer as an authorized service center, Dealer shall comply with all requirements, rules, and regulations of Company relating to authorized service centers, as those rules may be established or amended by Company from time to time. In the event Dealer installs or repairs Equipment, Dealer shall comply with all standards, procedures, and manuals of the appropriate Equipment manufacturers. Dealer's appointment as an authorized service center shall not constitute or be construed as a franchise.
Service Centers. Regular bus drivers who drive buses to and from a service center for repair of buses shall be paid their normal regular hourly rate of pay for all time spent.

Service Centers. If you are close to one of our locations ENG will be your service facility. If our location is inconvenient, your local service center may be your choice of local vendors currently servicing your vehicles. Our flexible warranty policy allows your local vendor of choice to call our service department, discuss the problem with our qualified service technician, obtain an approval to repair and then with the proper authorization submit an invoice to our accounting department for payment. Approval must be obtained in writing prior to any billable repairs being started or completed. Base vehicle warranty and service can be completed at your local dealer service facility. Free pickup and delivery for service is available depending on proximity to our service location and on‐site warranty service can be arranged.
