Service Bulletins. Seller shall provide Buyer with service bulletins in accordance with ATA Spec. 100 for all mandatory changes required by Airworthiness Directives (AD). Those service bulletins and resulting modification "kits", where applicable, shall be issued in such a timely manner that accomplishment will be guaranteed within the applicable limits. Service bulletins affecting the reliability shall be marked accordingly. The service bulletins shall indicate the reason for the implementation of such change. The costs of the service bulletins are considered as associated costs of approved and introduced changes and shall be borne either by Seller or by Buyer as defined in Articles 6-8.

Service Bulletins. Lessee agrees, at its sole cost and expense, to incorporate into the Aircraft all those Airframe, Engine, and Appliance manufacturer and other vendor service bulletins which Lessee plans to adopt during the Term for the rest of its 727-200 aircraft fleet. The Aircraft, with respect to the rest of Lessee's fleet, shall not be discriminated against in service bulletin compliance or other maintenance matters.
Service Bulletins. Service Bulletin (SB) information will be incorporated into the Technical Publications after notice from the Buyer of embodiment of a Service Bulletin. The split effectivity for the corresponding Service Bulletin will remain in the Technical Publications until notification from the Buyer that embodiment of such Service Bulletin has been completed for all the Aircraft.

In this case, both information “Before SB” and “After SB” will appear in the manuals concerned.

Buyer will schedule the Aircraft for incorporation of such service bulletin ***, but, subject to Embraer agreement which shall not be unreasonably withheld, Buyer may schedule it for incorporation during a maintenance check, so as to minimize interruption to scheduled service.
