Service and Repair. Borrower will at its sole expense maintain and service and repair any damage to each item of Collateral in a manner consistent with prudent industry practice and Borrower's own practice so that such item of Collateral is at all times (i) in the same condition as when delivered to Borrower, except for ordinary wear and tear, and (ii) in good operating order for the function intended by its manufacturer's warranties and recommendations.

Service and Repair. The Company will undertake reasonable efforts to maintain the system in good working order and to respond to service calls in a timely manner. The Company will repair and correct damage to equipment or interruptions of service due to reasonable wear and tear or technical malfunction. Physical damage to equipment caused by your intentional or negligent misuse is your sole responsibility. The Company assumes no liability for damage to equipment due to circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation acts of God, natural disaster, fire, civil disturbance, strike or weather.
Service and Repair. With respect to computer equipment, other than personal computers, Lessee has entered into, and will maintain in effect, Vendor's standard maintenance contract or another contract satisfactory to Lessor for a period equal to the term of each Schedule and extensions thereto which provides for the maintenance of the Equipment and repairs and replacement parts thereof in good condition and working order, all in accordance with the terms of such maintenance contract. Lessee shall have the Equipment certified for the Vendor's standard maintenance agreement prior to delivery to Lessor upon expiration of this Lease. Although we offer guide line times for the engineers visit we can not 100% guarantee these times as they are dependent on various conditions beyond our control i.e. traffic and the length of the engineers visits prior to yours (some repairs are quick and some very long and this is unknown until the engineers visit). If we have to repair more than one appliance at your premises we do NOT charge 2 call charges but we only charge one call out charge and extended labour for each additional appliance that needs to be looked at, the reduction varies depending on the product but as a guide its £15.00 + vat reduction or greater.
