Common use of SERVICE ACTIVITIES Clause in Contracts

SERVICE ACTIVITIES. In connection with providing services and maintaining shareholder accounts of each Fund with respect to its various customers, Institution may provide services including: (a) establishing and maintaining accounts and records relating to clients of Institution; (b) answering shareholder inquiries regarding the manner in which purchases, exchanges and redemptions of shares of the Trust may be effected and other matters pertaining to the Trust's services; (c) providing necessary personnel and facilities to establish and maintain shareholder accounts and records; (d) assisting shareholders in arranging for processing purchase, exchange and redemption transactions; (e) arranging for the wiring of funds; (f) guaranteeing shareholder signatures in connection with redemption orders and transfers and changes in shareholder-designated accounts; (g) integrating periodic statements with other shareholder transactions; and (h) providing such other related services as the shareholder may request. Institution shall not be obligated to perform any specific service for its clients. Institution's appointment shall be nonexclusive and Forum may enter into similar agreements with other persons.

In connection with providing services and maintaining shareholder client accounts of in each Fund with respect to or Class for its various customersclients, the Institution may provide services including: (a) establishing and maintaining accounts and records relating to clients of the Institution; (b) answering shareholder client inquiries regarding the manner in which purchases, exchanges and redemptions of shares of the Trust a Fund or Class may be effected and other matters pertaining to the Trust's services; (c) providing necessary personnel and facilities to establish and maintain shareholder client accounts and records; (d) assisting shareholders clients in arranging for processing purchase, exchange and redemption transactions; (e) arranging for the wiring of funds; (f) guaranteeing shareholder client signatures in connection with redemption orders and transfers and changes in shareholderclient-designated accounts; (g) integrating periodic statements with other shareholder client transactions; and (h) providing such other related services as the shareholder client may request. The Institution shall not be obligated to perform any specific service for its clients. The Institution's appointment shall be nonexclusive nonexclusive, and Forum FAdS may enter into similar agreements with other persons.

Institution shall not be obligated to perform any specific service for its clients. Institution's appointment shall be nonexclusive and Forum CSCM may enter into similar agreements with other persons.

In connection with providing services and maintaining shareholder accounts of the Class A shares of each Fund Series of the Trust with respect to its various customers, Institution may provide services including: (a) establishing and maintaining accounts and records relating to clients of Institution; (b) answering shareholder inquiries regarding the manner in which purchases, exchanges and redemptions of Class A shares of the Trust may be effected and other matters pertaining to the Trust's services; (c) providing necessary personnel and facilities to establish and maintain shareholder accounts and records; (d) assisting shareholders in arranging for processing purchase, exchange and redemption transactions; (e) arranging for the wiring of funds; (f) guaranteeing shareholder signatures in connection with redemption orders and transfers and changes in shareholder-designated accounts; (g) integrating periodic statements with other shareholder transactions; and (h) providing such other related services as the shareholder may request. Institution shall not be obligated to perform any specific service for its clients. Institution's appointment shall be nonexclusive and Forum Countrywide may enter into similar agreements with other persons.

In connection with providing services and maintaining shareholder accounts of each Fund listed on Appendix A hereto with respect to its various customers, Institution the Service Organization may provide services including: (a) establishing and maintaining accounts and records relating to clients of Institutionthe Service Organization; (b) answering shareholder inquiries regarding the manner in which purchases, exchanges and redemptions of shares of the Trust may be effected and other matters pertaining to the Trust's services; (c) providing necessary personnel and facilities to establish and maintain shareholder accounts and records; (d) assisting shareholders in arranging for processing purchase, exchange and redemption transactions; (e) arranging for the wiring of funds; (f) guaranteeing shareholder signatures in connection with redemption orders and transfers and changes in shareholder-designated accounts; (g) integrating periodic statements with other shareholder transactions; and (h) providing such other related services as the shareholder may request. Institution The Service Organization shall not be obligated to perform any specific service for its clients. InstitutionThe Service Organization's appointment shall be nonexclusive and Forum Xxxxxxxx Advisors may enter into similar agreements with other persons.
