Service Activation Date. Billing for the Service will begin on the Service Activation Date. The Service Activation Date shall be the earlier to occur of 1) the date on which Service is activated on first newly contracted Customer Server or device by LightEdge 2) 90 days from the date this Agreement is signed by Customer. Customer is responsible for ensuring LightEdge has the ability to install any necessary software in a timely fashion.
