Series Terms. This Series shall be included in Group One as a Variable Accumulation Series and as a Principal Sharing Series that is not subordinated to any other Series; provided, however, that if this Series is an Extendable Series, such Series shall also be a Subordinated Excess Principal Series.   • Final Terms have the relevant Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus or Securities Note (or relevant parts thereof, as the case may be) attached thereto;

The County will make progress payments monthly as the Work proceeds on estimates approved by County Project Manager. The Contractor shall furnish a breakdown of the total Contract price showing the amount included therein for each principal category of the Work, to provide a basis for determining progress payments. The County will only pay for actual Work in place.

  • Pricing Terms (1) All pricing in this Agreement as well as every Customer Product Agreement Extension refers to the price at which the Customer may Purchase the corresponding Parent Product. This is excluding taxes, surcharges or any other costs.

  • Monetary Settlement Terms 3.1 Civil Penalty Payment

  • Exercise Terms The Optionee must exercise the Option for at least the lesser of 100 shares or the number of shares of Stock as to which the Option remains unexercised but exercisable. If this Option is not exercised with respect to all or any part of the shares subject to this Option prior to its expiration, the shares with respect to which this Option was not exercised shall no longer be subject to this Option.

  • EXTRANEOUS TERMS Bids must conform to the terms set forth in the Bid Documents, as extraneous terms or material deviations (including additional, inconsistent, conflicting or alternative terms) may render the Bid non-responsive and may result in rejection of the Bid. Extraneous term(s) submitted on standard, pre-printed forms (including but not limited to: product literature, order forms, license agreements, contracts or other documents) that are attached or referenced with submissions shall not be considered part of the Bid or resulting Contract, but shall be deemed included for informational or promotional purposes only.
