Series Terms. This Series shall be included in Group One as a Variable Accumulation Series and as a Principal Sharing Series that is not subordinated to any other Series; provided, however, that if this Series is an Extendable Series, such Series shall also be a Subordinated Excess Principal Series. The County will make progress payments monthly as the Work proceeds on estimates approved by County Project Manager. The Contractor shall furnish a breakdown of the total Contract price showing the amount included therein for each principal category of the Work, to provide a basis for determining progress payments. The County will only pay for actual Work in place.

  • Pricing Terms (1) All pricing in this Agreement as well as every Customer Product Agreement Extension refers to the price at which the Customer may Purchase the corresponding Parent Product. This is excluding taxes, surcharges or any other costs.

  • Exercise Terms The Optionee must exercise the Option for at least the lesser of 100 shares or the number of shares of Stock as to which the Option remains unexercised but exercisable.
