Serial-numbered goods. If the Customer acquires any serial-numbered goods that are Collateral for the purposes of this Agreement, as soon as any such Collateral is acquired, be liable to the Customer as a result of any bona fide exercise by the Secured Party of the Secured Party's powers under this Agreement.
Serial-numbered goods. Upon the Debtor’s acquisition of rights in additional serial numbered goods which are not inventory, or upon repossession by or return to the Debtor of any such goods, the Debtor shall immediately give the Secured Party written notice of full particulars thereof.
Serial-numbered goods. If the Customer acquires any serial-numbered goods that are effective, that charge is a floating charge until such time as it becomes a fixed charge by virtue of this clause. Any floating charge created under this Agreement will become a fixed charge:
Serial-numbered goods. The type, make (or manufacturer), model and serial number of each motor vehicle, trailer, manufactured home, boat, outboard motor and aircraft included in the Collateral and which is not inventory is set out in Schedule “A”;
Serial-numbered goods. If the Customer acquires any serial-numbered goods that are Collateral for the purposes of this Agreement, as soon as any such Collateral is acquired, the Customer will advise the Secured Party of such details of that Collateral as are necessary to allow the Secured Party to register a financing statement under the PPSA in respect of any such Collateral, unless those serial-numbered goods are to be held by the Customer as any sale of Collateral by the Secured Party in the manner required by Section 117 of the PPSA in respect of Personal Property and in the manner required by the PLA in relation to any Other Property, except that the Secured Party will not be obliged to pay any surplus to the Customer until:
Serial-numbered goods. The type, make (or manufacturer), model and Serial Number of each Motor Vehicle, Trailer, Manufactured Home, Boat, outboard motor and Aircraft included in the Charged Property and which is not Inventory is set out in Schedule B. Upon the Debtor's acquisition of rights in additional Serial Numbered Goods which are not Inventory, or upon repossession by or return to the Debtor of any such Goods, the Debtor will immediately give written notice to the Secured Party of full particulars of the same.
Serial-numbered goods if the Collateral now or hereafter includes any serial numbered goods (within the meaning of that term under the Regulation to the BC PPSA) which is not held by any Canadian Borrower as inventory, the security interest in such Collateral must be registered by a financing statement or financing change statements which describes the Collateral by the applicable serial number in order to maintain the priority of the security interest in such Collateral; and
Serial-numbered goods. As of the date hereof and as of the last day of each fiscal quarter, the complete, accurate and appropriate serial number (as specified in the regulations under the PPSA) for each item of Equipment with a value in excess of $10,000 CDN that is serial numbered goods in which the Debtor now has any interest, except for motor vehicles (as specified in the Regulations under the PPSA), is set out in Schedule C hereto (as supplemented by Borrower on each Compliance Certificate (as defined in the Credit Agreement)). For clarification, the disclosure required hereby shall only relate to serial numbered goods which comprise the Equipment of the Debtor constituting a manufactured home, boat, outboard motor, trailer or aircraft and shall not relate to any goods which are Inventory of the Debtor.
Serial-numbered goods. The Debtor will, at or before the time that it acquires any interest in any item of Equipment with a value in excess of CDN$10,000 that is serial numbered goods (as specified in the regulations under the PPSA), but which is not a motor vehicle (as specified in the regulations under the PPSA), give the Secured Party a written notice setting out the complete, accurate and appropriate serial number (as specified in the regulations under the PPSA) of such item of Equipment. For clarification, the obligation contained in the preceding sentence shall only relate to serial numbered goods which comprise the Equipment of the Debtor constituting a manufactured home, boat, outboard motor, trailer or aircraft and shall not relate to any goods which are Inventory of the Debtor.
Serial-numbered goods. The complete, accurate and appropriate serial number (as specified in the regulations under the PPSA) for each item of Equipment that is serial numbered goods in which the Debtor now has any interest, is set out in the Schedule hereto.
