Common use of Separate Series Clause in Contracts

Separate Series. The Notes of each Series shall form a separate Series of Notes and accordingly, unless for any purpose the Trustee in its absolute discretion shall otherwise determine, the provisions of this Clause and of Clauses 3 to 18 (both inclusive) (other than Clauses 5 and 7.1) and Schedule 3 shall apply mutatis mutandis separately and independently to the Notes of each Series and in such Clauses and Schedule the expressions Notes, Noteholders, Coupons, Couponholders, Talons and Talonholders shall be construed accordingly.

Separate Series.
