Common use of Separate Insurance Clause in Contracts

Separate Insurance. Tenant shall not take out separate insurance concurrent in form or contributing in the event of loss with that required in this Article to be furnished by, or which may reasonably be required to be furnished by Tenant unless Landlord is included therein as an insured, with loss payable as in this Lease provided. Tenant shall immediately notify Landlord of the taking out of any such separate insurance and shall deliver the policy or policies as provided in Section 11.04 hereof.

Separate Insurance. Tenant shall not take out obtain or carry separate insurance concurrent in form or contributing in the event of loss with that required in this Article to be furnished by, or which may reasonably be required Section 13 to be furnished by Tenant unless Landlord is included therein as an a named insured, with loss payable as in this Lease provided. Tenant shall immediately notify Landlord of the taking out of whenever any such separate insurance is obtained and shall deliver to Landlord the policy policies or policies as provided in Section 11.04 hereofcertificates evidencing the same.

Tenant shall immediately notify Landlord of the taking out of any such separate insurance and shall deliver the policy or policies as provided in Section 11.04 10.4 hereof.

Separate Insurance. Tenant shall not take out separate insurance concurrent in form or contributing in the event of loss with that required in this Article ARTICLE X to be furnished by, or which may reasonably be required to be furnished by by, Tenant unless Landlord is included therein as an insured, with loss payable as in this Lease provided. Tenant shall immediately notify Landlord of the taking out of any such separate insurance and shall deliver the policy or policies as provided in Section 11.04 SECTION 10.4 hereof.

Separate Insurance. Tenant shall not take out separate insurance concurrent in form form, or contributing in the event of loss loss, with that required in this Article 10 to be furnished by, or which may reasonably be required to be furnished by Tenant by, Tenant, unless Landlord the Town is included therein as an the insured, with loss payable as in this Lease Sublease provided. Tenant shall immediately notify Landlord the Town of the taking out of any such separate insurance and shall deliver the policy certificate or policies certificates of insurance as provided in Section 11.04 hereof10.15.
