Separate Employers. It is understood that the Design Build Contractor and each Contractor will be considered and accepted by the Unions as separate employers, and it is further agreed that the employees working under this Agreement shall constitute a bargaining unit separate and distinct from all others. The Parties also agree that this Agreement shall be applicable solely with respect to the Project and shall have no bearing on the interpretation of any other collective bargaining agreement or as to the recognition of any bargaining unit other than for the specific purposes of the Project.
