Separate (boulevard) Sidewalks. A. All separate (boulevard) sidewalks shall be a minimum of 2.0m in width with the following exceptions: 1. on 95 Avenue and 83 Street between 76 Avenue and 82 Avenue, the separate (boulevard) sidewalks may be narrowed where there is insufficient space for a 2.0m width, but under no circumstances shall the sidewalk be less than 1.5m in width.
