Sensitive Personal Information. “Sensitive Personal Information” shall mean an individual’s first name or first initial and last name in combination with any one or more of the following items, if the name and the items are not encrypted: a) social security number; driver’s license number or government-issued identification number; or account number or credit or debit card number in combination with any required security code, access code, or password that would permit access to an individual’s financial account; or b) information that identifies an individual and relates to: the physical or mental health or condition of the individual; the provision of health care to the individual; or payment for the provision of health care to the individual.

Sensitive Personal Information refers to personal information:
Sensitive Personal Information. Customer may not submit the following types of information to the SAP Cloud Service or solicit such information from trading partners: (a) information regulated under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (U.S. government regulations addressing defense-related articles and services); or (b) “Sensitive Personal Information” defined for this purpose as (i) government identification numbers or financial account numbers associated with individual persons (e.g. U.S. Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or personal credit card or banking account numbers), (ii) medical records or health care claim information associated with individuals, including claims for payment or reimbursement for any type of medical care for an individual, and (iv) data designated as “Sensitive” or “Special Category” or the like requiring extra protective measures under the applicable Data Protection Law (as defined in the Data Protection Agreement).

Sensitive Personal Information. Sensitive Personal Information (“SPI”) is given the meaning under relevant privacy or data protection laws relating to this term or any similar term (such as "sensitive personal data") used in the laws, including, without limitation, the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (including Protected Health Information), US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. Examples of Sensitive Personal Information include, but are not limited to, personal financial information (including personal financial account information), sexual orientation, personal medical or health information, personal information of children under thirteen, personal education records, and social security, national identity, national insurance, and similar personal identifiers. Licensee represents and warrants, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5 of this Agreement, it will not upload into the DataSelf Cloud, or otherwise provide for processing by the DataSelf Cloud, any SPI, and that pursuant to Section 12.1, no liability shall inure to Licensor with respect to any SPI. Each party will perform its respective rights and obligations under this Agreement in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations.
Sensitive Personal Information a. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Agreement, Customer acknowledges and agrees that use of the Social Tables Platform to transmit, process or store Sensitive Personal Information (as defined below) is unnecessary for use of the Services and therefore Customer shall be solely responsible for any such use of the Social Tables Platform by Customer or Customer’s employees, agents or subcontractors and Social Tables shall bear no risk or liability for same.
